Job Description

 Senior Executive H.R with 3-6 yrs experience in core HR activities

 Key Responsibilities  : Learning & Development  &  Performance Management System

  1. Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the HR department
  2. .Maintaining overall HR Documentation
  3. 3.Scheduling Training calendars, maintaining training feedback and end to end training co-ordination at Plant
  4. 4. Updating recruitment tracker timely and assist in Interview co-ordination
  • Coordination in projects as required pertaining to L&D- training calendar execution, maintaining feedback forms and other data
  • To arrange weekly town hall meetings with the identified key talent
  • To drive performance management system- facilitating and co-coordinating goal setting, feedback process
  • Skill Management for Blue collar employees
  • Preparation training calendar and executing the same as per schedule
  • To prepare L&D MIS and PMS related status reports
