Responsibilities and Duties

• Running multiple instances of MySQL server (same version) (MYSQLD_MULTI) on same machine
• Running multiple instances of MySQL server (different versions) (MYSQLD_MULTI) on same machine
• Replication ( Source-Source ) for points 1 and 2
• Replication ( Source-Replica ) for offsite Server
• Replication- Multi Source - Single Replica - upgrade of existing MySQL from 5.6 to 5.7 or above ( check application compatibility)
• MySQL slow log - review and offer good practice and optimization solutions
• MySQL tuner log- review and offer optimization solutions
• MySQL - large tables partitioning
