Job Description

• Should have 4-8 years of experience
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or related technical field
• Experience as a Software Engineer including:
• Demonstrated experience designing and building distributed, scalable, and memory intensive back-end applications and services using and supporting multiple platforms.
• Experience designing and developing front-end user interface features
• Good experience in Full Stack Java, Bootstrap, JavaScript, MongoDB
• Hands-on experience writing and tuning database queries in multiple database platforms (e.g. SQL Server)
• Experience developing software in an agile, iterative development environment using test-driven development (TDD) techniques
• Fluent in responsive design and mobile / tablet UI / UX
• Ability to Mentor the team
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Report work status on a periodic basis
• Excellent communications skills along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adjust to changing requirements
• Agile methodology
• Good analytical/logic skills
• Understanding of technology and quality processes

Job Responsibilities

• Design & develop new features in the intuitive Client Interaction Processing Agent interface
• Measure & improve to achieve the desired performance and quality
• Write automated tests
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Provide training and support to internal teams
• Gather & address technical and design requirements
• Produce stable & high quality code within deadlines, following the required process
• Actively contributing to improving good development practices
