Designation: Regional Specification Manager(Delhi)

*Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.

* Visiting potential customers Architects/Consultants/PMCs,Builders,contractors,Fabricators, Govt. Departments etc.

*handling both Specification and project sales for Delhi/NCR

*Responsible for achieving the sales target and to improve the market share.

*Executing business strategy and concepts.

*Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.

*Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

Incumbent should have exposure of sales & marketing with Architects, consultants, PMCs, Builders, contractors,Govt. Dept. etc.
