Roles and Responsibilities
- Mobilize community and spread awareness about our project
- Have regular field visits to keep in touch with the communities
- Help Project Manager in forming batches, enrollments for the project.
- Design and implement outreach activities,
- Deal with day to day operational issues of the community
- Preparation of fortnightly/ monthly/event reports, & attending Progress Review
- Meeting - Keep in touch with the communities of the Villages
- Ensuring timely action / completion of project.
- Taking feedback from the communities and villages and informing the Project Officer for keeping harmony with the public.
- Conduct training
- Facilitate the integration of content with the knowledge and experience of the trainees.
- Use a variety of training strategies/learning experiences review written materials of training participants.
- Seek feedback from participants, modify the training approach and then observe and record the effects of the changes
- Create activities that allow for the active participation of everyone in the group.
- Sense the need of trainees on an individual basis and as a group.
- Grooming employees to successfully face corporate challenges and aligning them to company and client goals.
- To train in communication skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom.
- To deliver and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across.
- This is an extremely hands - on role and the employee is expected to quickly
understand the nature of demands,

Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 years experience in the social sector,ideally in education, financial, healthcare domains and community.
Fluency in English / Marathi / Hindi. - Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Should have experience in process training & soft skills.
- Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Should be comfortable to travel within Nagpur and work on the field.
