Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee production & manufacturing, supervise and manage team for greater productivity and quality
1. Prepare project production plans
2. Prepare monthly / weekly / daily work targets and progress reports
3. Guide and verify the various departments about their targets and help them achieve it.
4. Have complete knowledge of good production practices - 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc
5. Uplift the production efficiency to the maximum possible limits
6. To make sure that products are produced on time as per. planning and are of good quality
7. Streamline internal cost centres, billing and external purchasing and vendors
8. Work on strategic initiatives like expanding factory, staff, artisans and machinery
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Tech / B.E / B. Arch candidate from reputed university
Minimum 7 years of experience
Excellant at managing crafstmen (Carpentry,Upholstery, Polishing, Warehouse, Packaging teams) alognside Factory Foreman
Excellent at documentation preparing reports, bill of materials and other docs
Excellent Vendor negotiation and management skills
