**SHIFT- ROTATIONAL
Job Description:
This opportunity is based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The successful individual in this position will be able to make an immediate effective contribution by drawing upon their previous experience and developing it further by utilising expertise within Coalition globally.
JOB PROFILE
Key responsibilities involve:
-Front line client interaction to provide support in resolving CAP data and technology related queries, to the end users satisfaction
-Monitor, log and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the platform and/or phone
-Assist with on boarding of new users
-Document internal procedures
-Report and timely escalate recurring issues
-Ensure the CAP tool is updated from time to time
-Obtain client feedbacks and make recommendations to meet or exceed client needs
-Generate client service reports for management
-Develop best practices to improve service quality and productivity
-Notify customers about new product developments and enhancements
-Maintain appropriate turnaround time on incoming items (e.g., 24 hours for checks)
-Perform software testing to ensure quality
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:
-Good understanding of computer applications and ability to quickly grasp nuances of the ever evolving analytics platform
-A minimum of graduate degree or equivalent
-Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts)
-Excellent verbal, written communication skills and good listening skills
-Ability to stay calm under pressure
-Confident team player
-Strong sense of urgency to complete work quickly and accurately and ability to work independently and multi task
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
PG: M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Information Technology
