Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be adept in Manual and automation testing.
- Should be able to define and maintain test plans to create effective QA processes.
- Should be able to test technical functionality / compatibility across multiple browsers and platforms.
- Should be able to manage multiple simultaneous QA requests, varying in size, complexity and type.
- Ensuring quality as per the acceptance criteria and to ensure zero defect in the product.
- Logging defects in the bug tracking tool.
- Requirement analysis and creating test cases.
- Following timeline shared by client.
- Proficient in testing in LMS and LCMS, SCORM compliance testing, Accessibility testing.
- Creating Reports in Excel, defect analysis, creating Root cause and Action plan.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have 2-3 years of working experience in the same domain.
- Must have Degree in computer science.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of automated testing software is desirable.
- Experience of SCORM and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be a team player.
