Long term Project & Normal capital expenditure financing
Working capital finance & cashflow management
Financial modelling / projections for project finance
Familiarity with financing instruments like NCDs, CPs, ECBs, FRNs, etc.
Liaison / negotiation with lenders, rating agencies, lenders' agencies, trustee
Loan Documentation- review, negotiations with lenders / legal counsel
Routine functions like MIS, debt servicing, etc.

Qualifications : CA / MBA with Finance specialisation
Experience : Minimum 5 years
