Alten Calsoft Labs hiring"PeopleSoft finance functional consultant" for Gurgaon location.

Experience : 6 to 16 years

Work Location : Gurgaon & WFH for next 6 months

Area of Expertise: PeopleSoft FSCM, Psoft Finance,O2C/ P2P (PO, AP, GL) and Procurement tools Coupa, Ariba preferered

Peoplesoft expertise is a must, functional expertise is a must . If the candidate has technical background this is fine

JD-1:

Peoplesoft OTC Functional / Finance analyst

-         Expertise in Billing, AR and Project Costing Peoplesoft Modules

-         Finance expertise (Accounting entries, balances, aging)

-         Conversion expertise (open Billing and AR items reclassification)

-         Understand Peoplesoft Project structure and being able to analyse and update projects organisation according to a reorganisation

-         Experience in reorganisation project impacting PeopleSoft

-         Labour allocation understanding is a plus

-         Experience on P2P modules (AP, T&E) is a plus

JD-2:

Peoplesoft P2P Functional / Finance analyst

-         Expertise in AP and T&E PeopleSoft modules

-         Finance expertise (Accounting entries, balances, aging)

-         Conversion expertise (open AP and Expenses reclassification)

-         Experience in reorganisation project impacting PeopleSoft

-         Labour allocation understanding is a plus

-         Experience on C2C modules (Billing and AR) is a plus

Candidates will be working in a project environment and being focus on

Functional and Finance Expertise on Peoplesoft Finance modules is required (not as a final user but in Implementation, transformation / reorganization project environment)

Process design

Functional design

Work with IT on the execution of the configuration and developments

Perform integration testing and pilot UAT with users

Report to the project lead and escalate risk an mitigation

Manage stakeholders including business and Finance leaders

• Experience on other Financial systems is a plus (Coupa, Cadency, TM1, Hyperion, iScala, MS Dynamics,)
