Job Description

Candidate must have at least 12 to 15 years of experience in implementing Oracle HRMS Modules in Oracle Cloud Fusion or Oracle ERP with special knowledge on the following Modules

(preferably Cloud Fusion) -

Learning Management (OLM),

Performance Management (PLM),

Payroll,

Advanced Benefits,

Core HRMS & Absences Modules.

In addition to the above should have excellent communication, business stakeholder management & capability to manage the entire HRMS / Payroll

track/project and lead a small group of Oracle HRMS/Payroll consultants.
