Job Description

Niche Search Services is looking for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Senior Consultants for one of its client. The client is one of the top 5 software services company of India and this position is on the client's payroll directly.

BE/MBA/BCOM/MCA/ BCA/ B.Sc. (IT) or equivalent with more than 10 years in SAP
Experience of implementing large PSU government project
Should have experience of at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation HCM consultant.
Good understanding of hire to retire process and requirements of public sector payroll including overtime
Must experience in LSO, SAP Indian Payroll, E-separation and recruitment module
Good to have exposure in Training & Event Management, Time Management, ESS and MSS
Must have good exposure to SAP implementation and support in India
Must have experience in writing complex functional specifications including interfaces and custom programs, working with technical programmers to analyze defects and propose solutions
Flexible to travel across locations in India for project implementation & support.
Very good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Well versed in English and Hindi
