Lead Software QA Engineer @ Verizon Data Services

Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of passionate QE engineers to build tools that are used to test RESTful webservices.
• Drive and lead technical architecture of automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with the development leads to define and drive best practices for automated functional testing. Work closely with other functional groups to define priorities, direction and timelines.

What we re looking for...

The ideal candidate will have...

• 5+ years of experience in a QE function

• 3+ years of experience in automated testing of RESTful webservices / API

• In depth knowledge of automation and functional test frameworks, tools and best practices

• Good knowledge of programming languages like Java, python and test frameworks like TestNG, RestAssure, and other automation tools

• Experience in testing cloud technologies AWS, SaaS or consumer web applications

• Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform

• Knowledgein call controls and SIP H.323
