Urgent Requirement for Team Leader Operations:

Roles and Responsibilities

-Monitoring & managing team of Telesales executives & driving productivity

-Ensuring lead generation & conversion into sales leading to revenue generation.

-Controlling attrition

Industry Type: Preferably from International BPO

Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Development

Salary: Hike on present

UK shifts

Desired Candidate Profile

-Graduate with minimum 2 yrs of experience as Team Leader on papers in BPO (Telesales process only)

-Candidate should have dialer experience

-Candidate Should be ready to work from office/home
