Job Description
Roles/responsibilities:
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- building relationships with new and existing clients
- Responsible for all Marketing, Advertising and PR activities for the region
- promote the increasing acceptance and use of PTE, IELTS & CCL products
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Collaboration with IT Developers after analysing marketing strategies and generating business

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or Marketing or any related field.
Experience:
- Experience of working in an Agile & fast-changing business environment.
- A minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in business development, stakeholder management, elicit business requirements, etc.
- Practical experience building rapport with client communication and good negotiation skills
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
