Job Description: We are searching for expert Android developers to join our mobile team. This position requires developers with skills and experience in building modern Android applications using the latest libraries and technologies. You must write clean, reusable code with a strong emphasis on stability and performance. You must be organized and self-focused, delivering on time and according to requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining native Android Applications.
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK and Java. JSON and XML parsing.
- Strong knowledge of different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
- Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
- Working knowledge of SQL, SQLite. Working knowledge of Android Jetpack
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Expert debugging, benchmarking, and optimization skills.
- Write clean and reusable code, with emphasis on stability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs to increase the functionality of the application.
- Continuously upgrading self and improving productivity.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Prepare Technical Documentation.
