Job Description
- Provide technical support for customers on usage of various computer products and its operating systems, associated common software
- Assist customers by diagnosing problems on hardware problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues. Guide customers about possible solutions and options available to resolve software and applications issues including Windows, MS Office, Ubuntu etc.
- Follow standardized policies and procedures prescribed and updated by Blitzpath.
- Provide right solution and demonstrate behavior to help the customer not only on a specific query but solution at large.
- Respect service level agreements in mutually agreed upon schedules.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems and resolution with reduced customer effort, faster response.
- Smartly and efficiently handle platform designed to solve customer queries.
- Experience - 6-8 years of front end and server-side development.
- Degree in Computer Science.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, quick learner, team player, good problem-solving skills, good verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML 5/ CSS 3, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, Node.JS and Amber.
- Proficiency with JSON.
- Proficiency with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS/ AZURE cloud services.
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as C#/.NET, PHP, Python, Ruby, Java and Webservices.
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, and/or MongoDB and web servers (e.g. Apache).
- Ability to do design and implementation of the overall web architecture, design and deployment of database, ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability, design and construction of REST API, integration with front end, ability to develop clean and well documented code.
- Proficiency with Git/Perforce/ any other version control.
