Job Description:
1) Assist to General Manager HR for HR related queries which include but not limited to compliance, payroll, HR, IR etc.
2) The incumbent needs to ensure that audit is conducted in a timely manner by tracking the progress and ensure that the Principal Employer and the Vendors are compliant.
3) MIS Report to be provided to the Management.
4) Conduct Gap Analysis and incorporate corrective actions.
5) Provide assistance/guidance to Site with the help of Management/Consultant.
6) Establishment/Vendor Audit to be conducted via Consultant.
7) The incumbent needs to keep themselves up to date with all the labour laws and keep the Management, Site, and Vendors posted with any change pertaining to the law.
8) License and filling of challans, periodic returns under various labour laws at PAN India Level.
9) Conduct Training for Management, Team & Vendors
10) Highlight Legal/Compliance liability, if any, and ensure timely rectification.
