We have good opportunities are in esteemed, Multi located API/Bulk Drugs Manufacturing Organization.
Both companies are different but in operation since last 40 years.
We required:
- Factory Head/GM Operations No 2
- Production Head/SR Manager Production No 2
Job profile :
Post : Factory Head/GM Operations
Job Description :
- Monitoring & Responsible for all plant operations
- Heading all Department Head in Plant
- Liaisoning with external agencies e.g. factory inspector, MPCB and other statutory bodies.
- Contributing to the efficiency and cost reduction in the processes.
- Following strictly the GMP compliance of the site.
- Handling techno commercial ability to justify the ongoing activity/project
- Monthly Production Planning & Keep daily track of achievement
- Arrangement for all RMs / PMs required for Mfg / Pkg. material are available as per monthly production plan in co ordination with supply chain department.
- Check & ensure that all the activities going in the plant should comply as per cGMP compliance.
- To ensure very high standards of housekeeping in plants.
- To maintain Plant & machine for all the time availability and get required preventive maintenance done through Engineering.
- Impart necessary training to workmen and staff and feedback.
- Ensure that all documents / records required for Regulatory Compliance are maintained properly. Ensure old records are archived properly and are retrievable.
- Review GMP & SOPs for regulatory compliance and actual practice.
- Interact and resolve issues with RM-PM Warehouse
- Coordinate with other plants for transferring & receiving materials
- Co-ordinate with marketing, excise & logistics for dispatch activity.
- Co-ordinate with Supply chain, Purchase & finance department for timely availability of RM & consumables.
- Co-ordinate with engineering department for modification / preventive maintenance of equipments or facility.
- Respond to internal, customer & regulatory audits.
- To Ensure very High standard of Safety is maintained in plant
- Co-ordinate with EHS department for HAZOP study of process / product / PMAs.
- Conduct safety training to down the line.
- Give necessary for the supervisors for continuing the Production activities effectively.
- Inform / Discuss with Department Head of any breakdowns, Deviations, HR issues, productivity issues, etc.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Reporting to Director & CEO
QUALIFICATION: BE Chemical Engg./M Sc/Ph D Organic Chemistry
Salary will depend on his skill, expertise and experience Background.
