A. Build and maintain strong Agent relationship by providing excellent customer service. Set monthly agency goals and measure results vs. goals. Identify performance improvement areas and provide recommendations. Follow up with agents to maintain and foster healthy working relationship Communicate performance levels including areas of concern to management. Develop action plans for improving performance. Follow all company and safety guidelines and policies. Develop business improvement initiatives based on current market trends and competitors. Manage channel partners to achieve company goals and objectives.
B. Obtaining rates from operations /suppliers & contractors as follows - - Liaise with carrier/shipping company for ocean freight rates. - Liaise with contractors on local, office, inbound & outbound packing & unpacking rates - Prepare quotes for corporates/ Pvt shippers /agents as the case may be and proper followups to ensure High Booking ratio - Prepare RFQs/ tenders as per request from agents/companies etc.
