Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn, promote, and sell different products from RoboTouch
Engage with prospective and existing customers via Phone, Email & WhatsApp
Closing sales deals and meeting conversions
Coordinate sales efforts with different departments such as Marketing, Production, Shipping/Delivery Support, and Customer service
Provide general technical support
Perform cost-benefit analyses of prospective and existing customers
Maintain internal databases (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) with prospective client information
Generate, prepare, and present professional and accurate sales reports
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Preferred: Master degree in Marketing (MBA))
Proven Sales Experience
Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to negotiate and build productive business professional relationships
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving and organizational skills (verbal and written)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with CRM/Salesforce.
1-3 years experience in sales or any customer-facing role
