• The Associate will manage 1-2 international client accounts and will be the first filter for most candidates. The Associate will need to comprehend and communicate all aspects of the positions to candidates.
• S/he would be responsible to ensure candidate conversion of the right quality, in the right quantity, are processed in the desired time frame.
• Once candidates are shortlisted, the Associate will be responsible for all engagement with the candidate, till they leave India (and sometimes even after).
• Database management: The Associate will need to understand the right profiles for each international opportunity we are sourcing for, filter from databases and networks, and document all the requisite data.
• Design appealing marketing material and support with social media engagement.
• Being a startup, there will be many other areas of work; the Associate is expected to work collaboratively with the Founders on identified business needs.

Required Candidate profile 

1. Candidates should have a Bachelors degree, 2 years of sales or academic counsellor/recruiter experience preferred
2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal and ability to nurture relationships; ability to work in remote settings (the Associate will report to the Co-Founder who is London based)
3. Should be able to sell the products and the dream!
4. Detail oriented - focus on diligence, time management and quality of work
