Job Description:
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree (IT) or equivalent credentials. Knowledge of coding, latest technologies viz. RPA / AI / BI / Block Chain etc.
- Experience of minimum 3 years as Business Analyst. Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
Experience & Exposure Requirements:
- 5+ years of overall experience including exposure to coding, database technologies and requirement gathering and analysis.
- Good knowledge of latest technologies such as RPA / BI / AI / Block chain.
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive. Ability to work independently and with others. Organized with strong time-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of multiple domains is an advantage viz. IT, Legal, Finance, Taxation, Health Care.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Determine a solution by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Improve processes by studying current practices; designing modifications. Recommend automation options by identifying process gaps / manual tasks; writing improved processes
- Suggest technology options to achieve a robust, scalable solution
- Validate resource allocations and develop cost estimate models
- Conduct financial, product, market, operational and related research on competitors to suggest product features / functionality / pricing / marketing strategies
- Validate solution integrations with other products / solutions in the ecosystem
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Experience in creating process documents such as HLD (high level design) and LLD (low level design docs) etc
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Quick learner, able to understand business objectives and think out of the box
- Effective decision making, negotiation & communication skills with a proactive attitude towards work
- Knowledge of latest technologies in the market viz. RPA, AI, DL, BI, Block chain and their advantages and shortcomings
- Knowledge of latest tools , processes and coding best practices
