Job Description
Job Profile: Sales Officer
Salary: 2LPA to 3 LPA CTC Per Month plus Huge incentives
(Depending upon the Education and experience)
Education and Experience:
- Candidate must be graduate with all the educational certificates
- Candidate must have 0 to 2years of experience in any sales profiles
- Candidate must have field sales experience of any type of preferable BFSI, NBFC or any other field sales experience
- Candidates from CA/SA/CASA/Loan/Banking/NBFC/BFSI are preferred for higher package
- Fluency in the Local language (Must) and basic English communication is expected
- 2 Wheeler Must
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be responsible for meeting targets, identify new sources from assigned geography, and maintain good relationship with sources
- Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with the help of supervisor.
- Channel Partner Recruitment (Responsible for identification of channel partners)
- Generate leads of the customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates,
- Ensure quality customer service is delivered
- Meeting productivity norms as defined through the support of channels & own efforts
- Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance
- Adhere the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously
Selection Process:
- 1 or 2 Business rounds mostly will be held on the same day
Post selection of a candidate, the following steps are done for offer issue
- Standard KYC document collection from the candidate
- Compensation discussion with the candidate
- CIBIL check
- Offer Release from the central team (Both hard & soft copies)

- Updated Resume
- Marksheets 10th, 12th & Graduation(photocopy)
- Valid ID proof Passport/Pan Card/Aadhar Card (photocopy)
- Valid address proof Ration Card/Utility Bill/Passport/Bank Statement(photocopy)
- Relieving Letter from the last organization (Must)
- Last 3 months salary slips-Offer letter
- Passport size photograph (Recent)
- Immediate joining is preferred (Notice period max 15days acceptable from the previous organization)
Interview Location and Interview Dates:
Interview for GOA will be on 2nd & 3rd December 2020
Interview for Mangalore will be on 4th December
Candidate Must be in formals and must be wearing a tie during the interview. Candidate in casual wear would not be entertained.
