Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support MD in managing the different business Unit
- Track performance of operating plants as well as projects
- Coordination with the Sales/Operation Team.
- Provide data and analytical and support to the MD through efficient use of MIS reports
- Coordinate with business and functional heads to keep MD abreast of events across the business unit
- Preparing Minutes of meeting
- Follow up on important sales ,operations, projects and commercial issues
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analysis capabilities
Excellent presentations skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; individually or in front of a group
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA or Post Graduation Mandatory
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy
- Thorough knowledge of office procedures,
- Superior ability to build relationships with senior leaders, and work across businesses
