Desired Candidate Profile
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage direct reports across multiple Scrum teams and time zones
- Coach team members on scrum principles
- Providing technical leadership and apply best practices to further leading-edge solutions.
- Lead and refine development and release processes for multiple product lines
- Deliver business needs around high availability and high transactional throughput of a SaaS solution
- Technical user and production support
- Be Customer and Partner Facing, able to manage an external relationship.
- Serve as an escalation path for production and user support cases
- Be introspective, always trying to improve yourself and the team around you
- Must be a hands-on programmer part of the time
- Fostering innovation and experimentation, delivering software solutions that exceed customer and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of program goals.
- Measuring program performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Should carry Inclusive leadership skills.
- Developing a fun culture enabling high employee engagement and cohesive, collaborative teams across domains and locations
- Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders within business and technology teams to drive change required to execute product and engineering roadmaps
- Leading a team in an environment which includes modern technologies, continuous integration/continuous delivery tool chains, and the full software development lifecycle
- Using industry research and emerging technologies to ensure we are appropriately leveraging new techniques and capabilities
- Recruit and cultivate top talent by driving technical and leadership development
- Nurturing disagreement and the courage to change course.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
