- Handling full cycle of Recruitment from sourcing of candidates through the in-house database, using portals, referrals.
- Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.
- Formulating interview schedules, filing reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining a resume database.
- Scheduling & coordinating interviews. Consistently following up with candidates.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Following up on the interview process status
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Keep your candidates in the loop.
- Looking for candidates with min 6 months exp in recruitment with good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Must be proactive & self-driven.
- Must be a quick thinker.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Handle administrative duties and record-keeping
- Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
