  • Recruitment of Refresh Distributors- (1) Explaining about the business prospectus of FMCG business to the leads allocated by superior. (2) Converting leads to distributors.
  • Business Development- (1) Providing training to distributors for Business Development. (2) Preparing business plans and strategies to develop business of distributors.(3) Planning different activities to explore better business opportunities and new developments.(4) Addressing and spreading awareness regarding products in group client meets.(6) Solving distributor's queries.(7) Establishing strong relationship and communication with distributors.(8) Achieve monthly business targets.
  • System & Process- (1) Updating the status in system. (2) Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
