4. Experience 10-15 years ( Min 8 plus year experience in Executions, Operations, Maintenance Bio Gas Plants Projects

5. Educational / professional Qualification: B Tech / M Tech Mechanical, Master in Energy Management/ Renewable Energy.

6. Competencies / Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office / Autocad / SCADA & Capable of working on CAD.

Broad Scope of Work:

Basic Function

1. Project Executions, Operations, Maintenance, Monitoring etc of Bio Gas , Bio-CNG Plants projects

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1. Responsible for Planning, Designing and Execution of Projects and Operations of existing Operational Bio Gas , Bio-CNG Plants etc
2. Monitoring Project Executions, Operations, and maintenance of Bio Gas , Bio-CNG Plants
3. Planning for and monitoring project from conceptualization execution to commissioning of equipment Plants, Plant and machinery and instilling methods to reduce Mean Time between Failures (MTBF) and also, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
4. Handle site execution of Projects being undertaken to include BOOT, O&M.
5. Ensure timely completion within budgeted costs while ensuring Quality Control.
6. Responsible for ensuring profitability of the projects / operations sites by regular manpower rationalization, monitoring maintenance schedules, serviceability of equipment.
7. Project Management including planning, budgeting, Preparing BOQs and all allied works related to execution of projects.
8. Confirming BOQs, drawings worked out by design team.
9. Checking measurements and surveying of quantities at site.
10. Vendor Management.
11. Interaction with Government Departments to facilitate project execution.
12. Ensuring SOPs for maintenance of quality and quantity at site.
13. Ensuring SOPs for Environment, Health & Safety Norms at all sites.
14. Take regular feedback from respective site in charges, and resolve any operational, maintenance or manpower related issues.
15. Assist design team in planning future projects.
16. Maintain suitable records and data as may be required from time to time.
17. Recommend hiring of suitable persons and monitor & ensure their satisfactory performance.
18. Assist Management on identifying new technologies suitable for incorporating into PRESPL business plan.
