Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should have knowledge of accounts. TALLY knowledge is compulsory. He is responsible to the work assigned to him. He /She will be required to make Tally entries on a daily basis related to cash, bank, purchase and sales. A BRS needs to be prepared on a monthly basis. The balance confirmation of party ledgers needs to be attached with the print out of the Tally ledgers on monthly/quarterly basis. Payment entry made in Tally needs to be supported by bills/voucher/challans. Any entry made in tally needs to be supported by document.
From Tally the balance sheet needs to be prepared in Excel.
A reconciliation statement is required to be prepared in excel for the payment advice received from the parties and the due from them on a monthly basis.
GST reconciliation between the Tally data and Returns need to be prepared monthly.
TDS entries made should match up with Form 26AS.
Education:
UG: B.Com - Commerce
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
