Job Description

* Target Achievement (Direct + mapped BDAs) Increase penetration (Unit Penetration, Value Penetration & Loan Coverage)

* Relationship Management skills: With Banks and Retail Sales team

* Coordination with Banks Central Processing Units & AGM-GM Branches

* Coordination with Key persons (Chief Manager, MO & Credit Heads)

* Coordination with Sales teams (BOL & COLs)

* Ensure timely closure of applications for faster issuance

* Business Development (citing new avenues of expanding business within the Banks/RRB and onboarding new Master Policy)
