Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 2 to 5 yrs

Location : Coimbatore (Depends on wfh option available )

Required skills:

• 2 years to 5 years of experience in executing IT recruitment for multiple roles.
• Excellent in English communication
• Should be excellent in building and nurturing relationships in industry
• Understand client needs and address within defined TAT
• Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment, either in-house or in an agency environment.
• Experience with Social media hiring (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB etc) is required
• Experience in international hiring is advantageous.
• Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
• Can focus on increasing the line ups and walk in Ratio
• Must be able to cater to all kind of hiring (depending on salary range)
• Building New Network, maintaining client Relationship, Preparing database initiating new contacts is Plus - Must have experience in End to End Recruitment Process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
