Desired Candidate Profile
GENERAL DISCRPTION :
1)The aim is to do the final quality assurance of finished fresh pieces as per AQL (Accepted Quality Level)
2)Inspecting each quality phase of design and production it has undergone.
3)Fix the Stage Process QA and monitor as per there requirement.
4)Subsequently the final QA audit sheet is maintained which also act as a quality assurance certificate towards it's client from company.
There are three quality control process. Low end QC:- for small shop customers whose order range small quantity of order (Fix MOQ) Medium end QC:- For orders of catalogue customers High End QC:- For customer providing huge orders who demand best quality and who don't accept minor error too.
WORK EXEPERIANCE REQUIREMENTS :
1)Minimum 3 year experience for Jewellery QC/QA process.
2)He has a good knowledge for different international customers and knowledge of QC/QA internal/External.
3)Good communication and team building skills.
4)Knowledge of sami precise stone as per customer standard.
5)Maintain and prepared the SOP's as per customer requirement.
6)Maintain MIS Daily, weekly and yearly basis.
7) Maintain customer feedback (Internal / External) and control as per their requirement.
EDUCATION : DIPLOMA HOLDER
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE (EXCEL,WORD, MAILS)
EXPERIENCE : 2 TO 4 YEARS
SALARY : 15K TO 25K (as per current salary & please apply accordingly.)
