Job Description

Responsibilities
Analyse requirements and specications and translate these into test specications.
Develops and executes software test plans. Analyses and writes test standards and procedures.
Perform daily regression analysis and failed test case analysis
Identify, Document, Track and Resolve quality issues and defects
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise.
Skills Required
Proactive and ready take lead
5+ years of experience testing RESTful APIs and webservices
Solid knowledge of front-end and backend technologies and relevant programming languages (such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, HTTP, Python)
Expertise with modern web development tools such as Angular, NodeJS, npm, yarn, webpack, ESLint and Docker.
Procient in Selenium functional automation tool
In-depth knowledge of HTML5, Java script, Web element extraction using XPath and / or CSS with Web services (REST)
Hands-on experience with any one of Frontend e2e automation framework like Cypress, Protractor, etc
Hands-on experience with any one of popular BDD Methodologies like Cucumber, behave, pytest-bdd etc
Hands on with source code control systems and issue tracking tools (Git, JIRA, etc.)
Strong in debugging and analysing techniques
Knowledge of CI/CD Tools: AzureDevops/Jenkins/Bamboo
Good Database Skills
Experience working in Agile development processes and QA methodologies Desirable
Previous experience with Selenium, Typescript, Webpack, ES6, LESS, SASS, WebGL
Experience with containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
Knowledge about Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
