Desired Candidate Profile

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generating reports to analyse SnO (Ops) performance across functions on a periodic basis with adherence to quality and accuracy.
2. Data management and data validation of various data requests through SQL.
3. Catering to reporting requirements from SnO/Operations/Central SnO teams with respect to cost and efficiency.
4. Documentation of reporting process to ensure backup and consistency.
5. Timely and accurate DE Pay-outs/Bonuses Calculation
6. Liaison with City and Central team.

Skills Required:

1. 1-3 years work experience in similar profile
2. Outstanding Excel skills- comfortable using/making formulae, pivots, Dashboards charts - Advance Excel
3. Experience in MySQL(Query writing/making), SAS/Analytics software
4. Proficiency in MS-Access and MS-PPT preferred
5. Outstanding analytical skills
6. Excellent written & verbal communications skills
