Business Process
Responsible for assisting the superiors in formulation of the sales proposition, project brief & FAQ, and costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
Expand the members of the Channel Partners base and coordinate with them regularly for Sales.
Train the members of the channel partners for every project. Share Project specific update with Channel Partners on regular basis.
For every project review the Lead Status,
Team Performance
Campaign analysis, Attendance, Target status, Competition status
Validate the booking entry made by the Senior Associate and handover the form along with the cheque to the Post Sales Team.
Inter and intra Departmental coordination to address sales and site marketing office related issues
Customers
The jobholder is responsible for obtaining a sound understanding of the expectations and requirements of the prospective customer to facilitate conversion to customers and bring overall customer satisfaction through regular interactions.
The job holder must ensure that all requirements of the customer with respect to complaint resolution are met and all effort are made to retain the existing customers and bring in new customers through referrals by quality of service and building customer relations.
To escalate any extraordinary event at site or marketing office to the Principal Sales.
Financials
Coordination and transition of customers to post sales team after collection of booking from and amount.
Responsible for estimating the costing of projects based on market survey to eliminate any loss due to wrong pricing.
Growth
Responsible for contributing to new initiatives such as six sigma, TPM, ISO etc on a regular basis and use the same for achieving process efficiency,.
Responsible for providing an analysis of the sales MIS reports for facilitating strategy formulation and update market reports and competition analysis.
Ensure capability management and performance of team.
Provide training to Sales team on Project Brief & FAQ, Sales Target for Sr. Associates, Sales Strategy and Expertise in sales closure.
