Asst. Manager HVAC Systems @ Baabood

Job Description

1. The primary job profile for this position is to support our existing customers with continued offers
2. Acquire new HVAC projects and CLients by developing relationships with owners, Client Engineers, Consultants and Main Contractors.
3. Perform site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the specifications and the scope of works as detailed in the client documents.
4. Ability to negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins.
5. To perform complete and quality turnovers with project management after sales to support a successful job completion that meets scope definition and projected gross margins and customer expectations.
6. Develop and execute strategies and sales initiatives for Mitsubishi Climaveneta Chillers, FAHUs, and FCUs & CCUs sales.
7. Coordination with Manufacturer for technical & commercial solutions.
8. To achieve targets & maintain qualitative and healthy pipeline to achieve targets.
9. Lead the team of Project, Design & Service Engineers.
10. Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials
11. Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
12. Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings
13. Supervision and coordination of Project execution team.
14. Problem solving and conflict resolution
15. Ensure cash flow for the project.
16. Quality control & Project closeout
Requirements

1. B.E or B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
2. Experience of 8 years of in HVAC Projects Execution and Sales.
3. Good Knowledge in the chilled water systems, Selection of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs & CCUs.
4. Good in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects.
5. Valid GCC Driving License holder is highly preferred. Age should be within 35 years
Package:
1. Status: Full Family Status with annual ticket to home country with medical cover
2. The monthly pay include: Basic Salary + HRA + Utility Allowance+ GSM Allowance
