Urgent opening for Branch service Manager in ICICI Lombard.
Job Responsibilities:
Resolve walk-in customer queries related to Corporate, Motor, Health insurance products
If concerned Motor/Health/Corporate team is present in the branch, redirect the queries to the concerned team
Co-ordinate with various internal teams for query resolution
Handle Petty cash & cheque transactions for the branch
Responsible for banking reconciliation of all customer policies
Responsible for internal audits
Publish reconciliation and discrepancy reports to branches as part of control activity
Responsible for all IT and Admin related tasks of the branch (if specific admin/IT team is not present in the branch)
