Listening in on sales calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation.
Monitor operators product knowledge, ability to handle objections and call closure.
Prepare quality reports for team leaders, managers & leaders.
Required Candidate profile
Min 4-8 years experience in EduTech or BPO/ITES industry ( Preferably sales).
Excellent verbal, written, & interpersonal communication skills.
Effective listening & comprehension ability is a must.
