Job Description

The candidate should be young with good academic scores, ready to learn. Preferably male candidate.

• 4 or more years' experience as a Inside Sales Coordinator in Machine Tool Industries.

• Should be able to compare/understand the technical scope of Machine options with available resources.

• Review of each machine, accessory order received and input the order details, terms, delivery details and other relevant information in Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM Operations

• Interface with our A/R team and Inside Sales Team, Sales Team to ensure that all ORDERS are processed smoothly, updated correctly in our CRM D365 and A/R status of each order is clear

• Work with the Sales Team to ensure that the sales forecast in the CRM is updated perfectly to enable better planning

• Present order, shipment, backlog report from D365 and CRM on a daily, weekly basis.

• Weekly product wise order review with Product Managers and keep the record of account(AR AP).

• Good Computer Knowledge(MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel(Advance excel formula knowledge) and Power Point) and in using systems.

• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Good team development and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
