Hello Sir,
We had anUrgentOrgenings for Sales Manager for Cardiovascular Sutures at Nashik location.Main Purpose of this job is to generate Sales through everyday customer interactions, being present in the operation theater to discuss the clinical use of our products, achieve secondary sales targets month on month, Conduct Market Development activities with the help of Marketing dept as planned, collect Competitive information and send timely weekly reports, focus product trackers and Expense statements
Job Profile
The successful candidate will perform the following role:
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving secondary sales targets month on month ( How- be present in OTs atleast 4 times a week, 4 quality sales calls every day, Key account management, key account profiles for top 5 accounts in the respective territory )
Achieving Focus product targets both quantity and value month on month ( How - OT presence- 4times a week, minimum of 4 sales calls per day, collecting data on competitive product usage and types of surgeries performed, product demonstrations, proactive product evaluations )
Achieving 100% marketing activities planned for their regions every quarter.
Timely reporting of weekly reports and trackers for focus products.
Primary sales responsibility
Managing direct reports by spending time with them on the field and leading by example. Be seen as a coach and mentor. Qualification & Skills
Science or Engineering Graduate . Additional education in business management/marketing will be an added advantage
Clinical selling aptitude desirable
Excellent Communication skills with good hold over the English knowledge
2+years prior work experience in sales CardiovascularSutures anticoagulant products / medical products to Cardiac surgeons
Having excellent relations with surgeons
Some experience of Handling Key Opinion Leaders desirable Package Offered: upto Rs.6 lacs. Regards Tresbien Hr Consultancy
