Salary package:
3LPA (fixed)for Delhi, Faridabad, Noida, Gurugram Location.
2.5LPA for other locations
3000 Rs per month conveyance allowance plus huge incentives

Hiring for these locations:
Jodhpur Udaipur Yamunanagar Gurgaon Faridabad karnal Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Bareilly, Meerut, Kanpur, Allahabad, Gorakhpur
Educational Background: Graduation
Experience:
The candidate must have experience in any field sales role of 3 years
Eligibility:
1. Must have own conveyance
2. Must be residing within the same city for the last 5 years
3. Must not be a job hopper
4. Married preferred
5. Must have good social connections
Job Role:
- Hire and recruit commission agents /Vendors/Commission Agents to sell insurance policies
- The candidate will be responsible for the training and licencing formalities of the recruited agent.
- The candidate will be responsible to grow the agency channel
- Area Mapping to connect more and more agents with Edelweiss channel
- Training and certification of the hired agents
- The candidate will be responsible to develop the agency and its channel to sell insurance policies.
- The candidate will be responsible for the generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal Insurance Advisors.
- The candidates act as an interface between the company, customers, agents.
THE CANDIDATE DOES NOT HAVE TO SELL INSURANCE ON HIS OWN
The candidate must be ready to join immediately
