Guiding and Counselling nurses for NHS

Should know NMC guidelines for nurses hiring.

Sourcing candidates with requisite language skills.

Creating and maintaining database.

Sourcing IELTS/OET pass candidates though references, job boards and other network.

NMC process briefing.

Job Description:

UK Nursing Hiring Background preferable.

Responsible for End to End recruitment process

To Understand the Manpower requirements, posting jobs in the various Job portals, sourcing resumes through various channels

Screening to ascertain competency candidates against Job description

Meeting candidates in person, telephonic or video conferencing to evaluate their qualification

Guiding and Counselling nurses for NHS

Finding IELTS/OET Pass Nurses for UK and Ireland

Following up with candidates for interview scheduling.
