Qualification- LLB

Exp- 2-5yrs, Salary- 3-5 lac , location- Mumbai

Gender- Male

Industry- Pharma, Healthcare only

JD:-

a)Execution of any third party marketplace agreements

b)Execution of distribution contracts

c)Execution of agreements with third party service providers

d)Compliance checks on factory and head office

e)Liasing and completing any new registrations/approvals for the company

f)Working on legal requirements for product registrations in foreign markets

g)Any other legal tasks that may come up for the company

h)Coordination with senior legal representatives from parent company/third party legal teams
