Admin Executive
Greetings!!!
We are the export company dealing in chemicals and Pharmaceuticals.
We have an Urgent Requirement for Admin Executive for our Company
Maintaining files in an accurate manner according to established guidelines.
Resolving conflicts and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
Coordination with various departments to ensure completion of processes in due time.
Assisting various departments by communicating new improvements plans
Performs various clerical work, as needed, to support the operations of the center.
May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of information to be entered.
Commercial negotiating with vendors and finalization of vendors.
Maintaining purchase records.
Requirements:
1-3 years of Administrative Experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office experience.
Job location: Ghatkopar (E)
Office Timings: 9.30am 7pm
Experience: 1-3 years
Salary : As per industry standards..
