Job Description
1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within Client companies.
2. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services.
3. Alerting the Business Development team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
4. Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
5. Working closely with Operations team and Business development teams
6. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
7. Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
8. Updating the CRM and ensuring Operations Team and Business Development Team are aware of changes within clients.
9. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
