Job Description

1.Panel: Knowledge all type control panel, MCC panel, PCC panel , PLC panel, Panel Maintains and Troubleshooting

2.PLC Programming: Deep Understanding PLC Programming ladder logic and troubleshooting. Knowledge Siemens (S7 200, 300, 400 and 1200) PLC and Select (MM3010) PLC.

3.SCADA: Skilled in Programming and troubleshooting SCAD Application in Multiple Platform SCADA Graphical Screen, Alarm and warning, reports, various trends. Knowledge Siemens WINCC Flexible& Explorer, Selectron VIJEO CITECT EXPLORER 7.0, 7.3, 7.4.

4.HMI: Excellent Understanding of HMI programming and its interaction with PLC. Knowledge Siemens KTP 400, KTP 700, KP 400 HMI.

5.SERVO and Stepper Motor: Knowledge of Servo, Stepper and VFD Drive.

6.Gauges: Customized Inspection Systems, LVDT Based Gauging System with Marking & Sorting systems. Industrial Panel PC Based Gauge, 0.001 Micron Probe Repeatability, Automatic and Semi Automatic Gauging for ID, OD, Thickness, Run out, parallelism, perpendicularity Checking Gauges.

7.Automation of Machine - Pick & Place, indexing mechanism, sorting mechanism, Conveyor Mechanism, moving arrangements. Robot automation with the Machines.

8.Bought Out Selection - Pneumatic cylinder, F.R.L , reed switch , Proxy sensor Bearing, Torue Sensor ,Clamps, Coupling, Rail & Guide Block, and Ball screw, AC Servo Motor, Gear box, Gripper, indexing mechanism, Linear Motion System, Sensor, Shock Absorber, Proxy, Limit switch, Electric Actuator.
