Location: Thane (Ghodbunder Road)
Designation: Virtual Relationship Manager
Number of Openings - 25
Qualification: Minimum Any Graduate / Post-Graduate
Age Limit: 30 Years
Good at speaking in Hindi and English
Freshers with excellent communication and interest in Sales can also apply
Minimum 1 years of experience of VRM or Telesales, Customer facing in Bank or upselling in BFSI Industry (Preferable in Insurance)
Role and Responsibilities:
Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
Help promote and maintain a positive company image
Salary: 2.20 Lac 4 Lac + PF + Medical Facilities + Attractive Incentives
