Job Description
Role: Agency Development Manager :
Salary and perks: 2.54LPA plus huge incentives
- Apart from fixed CTC the candidates will get 3k per monthconveyance allowance. Incentives will be 1.5%-22% of the premium collected by the agents.
Experience & Education
- Graduate: 2-5years of field sales experience in any product
Job Role:
- Recruiting Agents/Vendors/Commission Agents
- The candidate will recruit agents to sell insurance policies on behalf of Edelweiss Tokyo.
- The candidate will be responsible for the training and licencing formalities of the recruited agent.
- The candidate will be responsible to develop the agency and its channel to sell insurance policies.
- The candidate will be responsible for the generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal Insurance Advisors.
- The candidatesact as an interface between the company, customers, agents.
- Develop the agency channel, Area Mapping.
- The candidate will not be responsible for direct selling of insurance policies. But he will have to make the recruited agents sell insurance policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Own Vehicle
- Married preferred/Must have dependents
- A good family background must
- Age 27-45
- Candidate must have a good social networking
- The candidate must know about the different insurance products
- Profit-driven mindset and entrepreneurial thought process
- Presentable & Confident
- Candidate should be residing in the same city for the last 3-4 years at least (Must)
