Job Objective:
To identify, acquire, develop and manage new accounts (Institutions)
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
Identify, appoint and manage distributors for institutional sales
Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.
Identify, qualify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
New Market Development:
Identify new market segments and tap profitable business opportunities.
Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve sku wise targets.
Channel Management:
Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of
Channel Partners across assigned territories.
Evaluate teams performance & monitor channel sales and marketing activities.
Guide and train the team to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
Sales Promotions:
Participate in sales promotion activities & event planning for driving sales volumes.
Implement product awareness campaigns & marketing activities for successful launching of new products.
Provide direction to execute promotions/launches in sync with local characteristics.
Client Relationship Management:
Ensure continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that areas of concerns can be worked upon for improved service levels.
Provide customer service in order to increase client satisfaction, program growth and new product introductions.
Monitor client relationship and program performance to meet and exceed set goals
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
